Privacy Policy

BitFlow Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app, Milo: Strength Training (“Milo” or the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Milo is designed to be private by default. We do not operate accounts, we do not run analytics, and we do not collect your data on our own servers. Your training data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information on our servers. Milo has no sign-up, no login, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

The App does work with the following data, which stays under your control:

• Training data you enter — programs, workouts, logged sets, body measurements, personal records, and preferences. This is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, synced through your own private iCloud account.

• Apple Health data (optional) — with your permission, Milo reads heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep to compute your daily readiness, and writes completed workouts back to Apple Health. This data is processed on your device and is never transmitted to us.

• Coach check-in data (optional) — if you choose to use the Coach Check-in feature, the daily logs, photos, and videos you add are sent only to the server address that you configure. Milo does not route this data through us.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used solely to provide the App’s functionality on your device: to store your programs and history, compute progression and readiness, display your progress, and — where you enable it — sync via iCloud or send a check-in to your configured server. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, because we do not receive it. Specifically:

• iCloud sync is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and stored in your private iCloud database. We cannot access it.

• Coach check-in data is transmitted only to the server you configure, at your direction.

• We may disclose information only if required by law — but as noted, we do not hold your personal data to disclose.

4. Data Storage and Security

Training data is stored locally on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud (encrypted and managed by Apple). Coach check-in uploads are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. While we take reasonable measures to protect data handled by the App, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.

5. Apple Health (HealthKit)

Milo’s use of HealthKit data is subject to Apple’s requirements. Health data accessed by the App:

• is used only to provide in-app features (readiness scores and workout logging);

• is never used for advertising or marketing;

• is never sold or shared with third parties;

• can be revoked at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Milo.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You remain in control of your data at all times:

• Delete all data in-app via Settings → Data → Delete All Data.

• Manage or remove iCloud data through your device’s iCloud settings.

• Revoke Health access at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal data). Because we do not hold your personal data, these requests are fulfilled directly on your device.

7. Children’s Privacy

Milo is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may reference third-party websites or services (for example, Apple iCloud or a server you configure). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
